Workout Plan
Your workout routine is structured and planned out 7 days a week. Workouts are home and gym friendly (If doing at home, you need a set of dumbbells). There will be 4 days of strength training workouts that will be updated weekly, monthly with new workouts, 2 active rest days, and 1 complete full day of rest. The 4 days of strength training: 1 pull, 1 push, and 2 leg days. You will have a warmup, strength training, and a circuit finisher(abs/cardio). Workouts will be posted in our private Instagram where you will have a full description of the workout in the caption as well as video demonstration of each exercise with correct form for reference.

Health and Wellness Tips
Receive health and wellness life hacks I have acquired throughout my fitness and health journey. These will be posted frequently in the exclusive Facebook group. These tips are aimed at creating a new healthy lifestyle designed to retrain your mind, body and soul.

Weekly Q&A's
Every week in our Facebook group we will address any questions you may have about the program or about your own personal fitness journey. I will also post a Question Box on my instagram stories. I am here to help guide you.
