The Program
This is a monthly membership program that will be your structured and planned workout routine for 7 days a week. Workouts are home and gym friendly (If doing at home, you need a set of dumbbells). There will be 4 days of strength training workouts that will be updated weekly and monthly with new workouts, 2 active rest days, and 1 complete full day of rest. The 4 days of strength training include: 1 pull (upper body), 1 push (upper body), and 2 leg days. You will have a warmup, 5 strength training exercises, a circuit finisher(abs/cardio), and daily walks. Workouts will be posted in our private Instagram where you will have a full description of the workout in the caption as well as video demonstration of each exercise with correct form for reference. Once you become a member you will gain access to a private Facebook group and private Instagram page.
