I’m Kim!

Hey gals! I’m the creator of the Kim Fit Program. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I have my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I am also, on my own ongoing health and fitness journey! I am very enthusiastic about living a healthy balanced lifestyle while helping you do the same! My goal here is to create a supportive community to help us reach our physical and mental goals!

 

The Story:

I have tried EVERYTHING to lose weight. It wasn’t JUST about my weight. I felt so uncomfortable in my own skin and I was not happy with myself (read About Me to learn more about my story).

My mission is to show you that you can have fun and still lose your weight! My goal is to empower you to feel stronger mentally AND physically. I want you to get the most out of life by feeling good in YOUR own skin. I would always do programs that ended in 6 weeks or 8 weeks with no idea what to do after. I know how it feels to have no clue what to do for workouts and not know how much of what to do etc.

I created the Kim Fit Program so we can have 365 days of ongoing workouts and you will know exactly what to do. I am providing you with a structured workout routine (you do not have to think or worry about it). This will guide you in what to do each day for your workouts step by step. Being consistent with my program and eating healthy nutritious, balanced meals will get you results. I am living proof of this.

My program will give you access to the exact workouts I do each day, an awesome community of supportive women, weekly Q&A’s and health/wellness tips to help you succeed on your journey.

I want to show the gal who feels hopeless and broken, like I once did, that there is hope and you can do it too. Let me hype you up for your health and fitness journey!

The Program

This is a monthly membership program that will be your structured and planned workout routine for 7 days a week. Workouts are home and gym friendly (If doing at home, you need a set of dumbbells). There will be 4 days of strength training workouts that will be updated weekly and monthly with new workouts, 2 active rest days, and 1 complete full day of rest. The 4 days of strength training include: 1 pull (upper body), 1 push (upper body), and 2 leg days. You will have a warmup, 5 strength training exercises, a circuit finisher(abs/cardio), and daily walks. Workouts will be posted in our private Instagram where you will have a full description of the workout in the caption as well as video demonstration of each exercise with correct form for reference. Once you become a member you will gain access to a private Facebook group and private Instagram page.
